Thank you for purchasing skate products from Roller Sports, LLC,. We regret that you have experienced some problems. We are committed to your satisfaction, and will happily process your return/exchange accordingly to our policies, but please follow our procedures. To exchange the item, please follow the steps below:
1. To ensure that you are properly credited, obtain Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) by sending an e-mail to customerservice@powerslideusaracing.com. You must have the RMA# before any exchanges are accepted by Roller Sports, LLC. No exchanges are accepted without an RMA number.
2. Pack the product/s securely using original packing material. Remember, this is still your property and therefore, we will not be responsible for any shipping damage.
3. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization Number on each package returned. 4. Include the following information on our separate Return/Exchange Work Sheet.
a. Return Merchandise Authorization Number. b. Your Name, shipping address, and daytime telephone number. c. Model and description of the product(s) you want to exchange for. d. Description of the problem(s) – please, be specific. e. Proof of Purchase (copy of your invoice email or your packing slip) – must indicate purchase date.
5. Use UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service with tracking number to ship the package(s) to the following address:
6. The shipment must be prepaid and insured. We will not accept “freight collect” shipments.
7. Fax or e-mail a copy of this form completed to customerservice@powerslideusaracing.com and include the tracking number of the package(s) with returned goods.
Exchanges are processed within 10 days of receipt, and refunds are credited or mailed within 3 weeks of processing. A 10% restocking fee is applied to cover our return processing, credit card fees, packing, shipping, and other restocking expenses unless an error is made by us. Shipping charges are not refundable. A higher restocking fee will be charged for any damage done to the items or if the items are returned in not-as-new condition.
Roller Sports, LLC carbon shells & frames are warranted for a period of one hundred eighty days from the date of purchase from an authorized Roller Sports, LLC dealer. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials while using the Roller Sports, LLC products in accordance with typical skating activities. This warranty does not cover damage in conjunction with crashing
during racing or practices.
In order to make a valid warranty claim, the customer must present the skates and the original sales receipt to Roller Sports, LLC or an authorized dealer within the one hundred eighty day warranty period. Roller Sports, LLC will inspect the skates and determine if there is indeed a valid defect in workmanship or materials and then will repair or replace the skates. In the event that the original skate is replaced, the warranty period will terminate after one hundred eighty days from the original purchase date.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to normal skate wear and tear, customized modifications, or damage due to abusive or unconventional treatment of the skates. Furthermore, Roller Sports, LLC’s liability is limited to the warranty period noted above.
Limitations on Liability
ROLLER SPORTS, LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, OR STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ROLLER SPORTS, LLC BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Roller Sports, LLC’s liability for any claim, loss, or liability arising from or connected with the skate shall in no case exceed the amounts paid to Roller Sports, LLC for the purchase of the skates.
Roller Sports, LLC bags are warranted for a period of thirty days from the date of purchase from an authorized Roller Sports, LLC dealer.
This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials while using the Roller Sports, LLC products in accordance with typical activities.
In order to make a valid warranty claim, the customer must present the bag and the original sales receipt to Roller Sports, LLC or an authorized dealer within the thirty day warranty period. Roller Sports, LLC will inspect the bag and determine if there is indeed a valid defect in workmanship or materials and then will repair or replace the bag.
